Pablo Labañino

Born 1944
Pablo Labanino was born in Palma Soriano, Cuba in 1944. In 1964 he received a scholarship to the National School of Arts in Havana, Cuba. In 1968 Pablo finished his studies as a painter and lithographer. His works are permanently exhibited in the Modern Art Museum of Lodz Poland; Ernest Museum, Budapest, Hungary; National Museum of Fine Arts in Cuba, as well as in private collections in Canada, USA, Russia, Mexico, Spain France, Hungary, Sweden, and Cuba.
Pablo Labanino has designed record covers for EGREM (Cuba), CBS/Columbia Records, Paredon Records (USA), Produfon (Venezuela), A-Disc (Sweden), Idischi Dello Zodiaco (Italy), movies, plays and Iberofon (Spain), Love records (Finland), and Discos Pueblo (Mexico). In 2003 he got the title of Guest Professor of The Institute of Arts of Havanna (Arts University) |
