How will my paints be shipped?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- OrlandoQuevedo.com ships via US priority mail or by an alternate carrier. Items should be received within 5-10 business days. However, if you would like your items to be expedited, please contact Orlando’s Art Gallery [here].
International shipping
- International packages will be sent priority US mail with tracking information to be sure that you receive your item on time.

Our item ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Items are sent standard mail 5 to 10 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks if shipping to a Alaska, Hawaii or
APO/FPO address via standard delivery.
How items are packaged and what kind of container is used?

Generally, we use shipping tubes to insure that your original artwork or giclees will be mailed to you damage free.
How are framed orders shipped?

Can I request another packaging method for my artwork?
- Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any concerns regarding how your package is being shipped, please contact Orlando’s Art Gallery [here] and we will arrange it according to your personal preference.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Can you ship to an APO?
- Yes, within certain guidelines. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a PO Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address.
- Note also that for items shipped to a street address, a phone number is required. We can also ship to an APO, through USPS.
How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address?
- For security reason, we are unable to ship to alternative mailing addresses. We reserve the right to ship only to your billing address.
How do I know that my item has shipped?
